With a solid AU price that's in the ascendence, a HIGH Return, low cost Op, I like HUM all the way to 60p.

Broker Canaccord Initiate coverage

BUY - Target 50p

Summary Paragraph -

"With Yanfolila now in production we value HUM similarly to other miners, on a weighted average basis using P/E and EV/EBITDA multiples (using sector multiples) and an NPV(using cyclical multiples). We estimate fair value for HUM ranging from 45-55p on this basis, and set our initial target price at 50p/share. With over 50% potential upside to our target, we initiate coverage on HUM with a BUY rating. We see two value catalysts in2018 being resource conversions to extend LOM and the capex/OCF ratio"

Note also Canaccord are taking them on a tour of the city May 8th to 9th to try to whip up some IIs

Zeb, lol. Wasn't me the red tick, only blue subscribers can up or down vote.

The 33p comment was a follow up to I think UKGeorge who suggested he'd be happier if the option price was 33p.

exercise price of £0.01 per Share. They dont pay 33p for them.

Anyway thats my last post on the matter. My argument is with the general principle and nothing more.
And just because im a happy holder doesnt mean i have to agree with everything that goes on or suck anyones John Thomas for that matter.

At 33p the monetary value of the options would be close to negative at current share price

They still need to buy the options before they can sell them...

Do Hum own 50% of Cora?

The fact is that they can/could give themselves 5% of the company each year.

"As the core team is developed further awards may be made under HIPPO2018 subject to a
maximum dilution limit from HIPPO2018 of 5% of issued share capital."

This is in addition to cash bonuses.

Now if it was 5% at 33p it would not be too bad but the fact is it is at 1p.

The performance measures are interesting and a and b are pretty big hurdles which is good and if they are met the share price should be higher.

Yes I am being negative but I am not a fan of being diluted.

For the maiden YR1 results I think it is fair enough what they are doing, given the risks at this stage and not having any precedent data to base their ambition on + they deserve a reward for getting us this far with all milestones so far met with flying colours.

Now, if for YR2 they base the bonus on just repeating what they did in YR1 that would be another matter.....

I never used the word easy.. if the company put out guidance it should be doable without having to double a mans wages. Anyway i like the company and the team. This is a side issue for me that i have with all Gaffers dishing out what happens to be my money as an OWNER. i dont like the term share holder as it belittles the fact that you actually do own the company.

Zeb, if it really is as easy as "they just need to do their job" why is the share price not at 60p+?
