Busy making losses at the moment.

Increased sales are meaningless if they don’t translate to profit.

Can’t say that update convinced me that the DD model is going to work.

5.2 million + sales Cost of sales 5.4 million Wow for ever 1 quid they generate in sales they are losing more than 1 quid No wonder cash is dwindling super fast

Boop Beauty are advertising all over social media, I’ve had a few friends looking at their website, very professional easy to navigate was the feedback and a few orders placed, in the short time Boop has been back online it’s very hard to see it will not break previous T/O.
Looking at competitors online valuations Boop was an absolute bargain as all our investments are showing, very easy hold from here as results will show !

I wouldnt get too excited about Boop for now.

They turned over a mere £20 k in the last quarter, so have a long way to go before they add anything to the business.

The reviews across all social media sites on Boop Beauty are fantastic, lots of them too over the last week showing a good rate of orders with fast delivery.
Comments on results day are going to be good.

Results out on Monday 30 September, bad news is traditionally released late on a Friday, Huddled Groups results are going to be brilliant showing massive monthly growth, I’m interestied in any updates on Boop Beauty, yes short seeing it’s only been live for 4 weeks by results time, massive profits in the makeup market, I feel Boop will cover our market value on its own given a year or so. Gla exciting times !

We have the proven BoD, massive monthly growth to target profitability this year (£1m per month orders ), new lines coming next month (Boop Beauty) with increased warehouse facilities, lots of cash in the bank and still only valued at £10m, basic maths will show big returns from here !

Doesn’t take much buying to push HUD up for these prices, looking like stock is short supply, bigger rises to come after year end results in my view with orders increasing massively after last results !

Few top ups last week and this morning, HUD looking good to go into profit this year with an astonishing growth rate and lots more to come when Boop Beauty comes back online, £9.5 million MC and £4 million in the bank growth here is as good as it gets !

Revenues growing quickly, currently over £10 per annum. And into profitability by end of year.Currently valued at £9.3m, with £3.3m in bank and £1.3m stock. Implying enterprise value of only £4.7m. Looking far too cheap, should do multiples from here.

Doing little research, the BoD have a successful proven track record in build up businesses to be sold at multiple profits, they have a large holding in Huddled Group also, so skin in the game, I estimate the group are turning over £1.2 million a month with a good mark up as well.

Other business add on to start in a couple of months also to boost the already high growth rate !

This is on my watch list, waiting on next results before investing, the growth looks fantastic with the acquisitions
