Vauch ?

Another buystock disaster.

There is certainly a acceleration in AIM stocks biting the bullet and getting suspended or doing last ditch rock bottom placings. But for the first time I can recall the market is now full of savvy private investors who are avoiding them all like the plague. I think some 50-100 AIM stocks could go this year either bust or delisted or bought out for a pittance like BAO is about to.

Introduction
On 1 March 2012 new German insolvency law rules will come into effect which are intended to facilitate and promote debtor-in-possession proceedings and the use of restructuring plans and debt-equity swaps. In addition, the new insolvency law will introduce new rules to enhance creditor autonomy and control, in particular over the appointment of the insolvency administrator. When it comes into effect the new insolvency law is likely to drastically change the rule set for insolvency proceedings in Germany, increasing the number of plan proceedings versus liquidations and making distressed investment targets more attractive to financial investors. It will also further align German insolvency rules to international standards, in particular to US Chapter 11 proceedings.

This will fly when investors see the implications PROTECTING CONTRACTS RNS
Posted at 18/11/2014 14:15 by aaainvestment
femaletrader - no you haven't, as far as I know Hightex have played no part in that contract as yet, unless they've been doing it as a foreigner!

There is a limit to how much drivel we can tolerate - lots of contracts are possible and longstanding investors are aware of many but it's all down to negotiating the loan now, even a contract is useless unless they secure finance or get the Brazilian money.

There's still hope, making up unsubstantiated claims does not help investors that are in it for more than a few sessions and can lose newbies their entire investment.

If true post proof or retract!!!

Just gone back on trades and a lot of investors bought in at around the 0.97p mark, i think most might be jumping ship today, still one to watch for any news but still a big risk of suspension GLA!!

I keep in touch with a lot of fellow investors, the way the share is reacting is one that is being walked up, the drop has been down to the Gunns selling, if you believe this to be the case then buy a few and tuck them away, if not don't.
