Once again as the Indices are well down FTSE 72 points lower, The spread on the share is 7.12 v 8p, desgusting taste of the MMs.

But it should improve as the day goes on, the prices paid are 7.31 v 7.71p for small trades, better on the larger ones.

Yesterday was such an important day on the Moving Average as the 8 days crossed up the 21 days, meaning a bullish uptrend was on the way., but the chart only shows till 23er.

There was an "AT" 7.54p just before the close, which is not showing in the chart
The crook's MMs have put 198 shares at 7.26p at the order book to come up as UT.

They are widening the spread of the shares, 7.10 v 7.48p

The order book for the stock was this morning UPSIDE down and opening with an 8p "AT" and then with a 7.48p, which is now the Offer price.

I wonder how SDY with net debt of over £100 million and cash in the bank of £2.8 million can be expected to take over HSS with a market cap. of around £50 million and net debt of around £112 million. SDY would be putting themselves over £200 million in debt, not to mention that they don’t seem to have the financial clout for a takeover. If I’ve missed something, please point it out.
