Talk of money heading into house building via a Lab Government.

It should, hopefully have a knock on effect for HSS (and other competitors).

Time will tell looks like it's stuck under the 8p, but for how long.

Will the big two share holders try to take it out of L S exchange control to save more money!!

The bits they sold were the most cash generative.

They were overcome with debt. Could they have paid it down in any other way?

Agreed, but they don't have a plan. Sold all the good bits, ukp, all seasons, abird. Now they're left with a poor margin, poor cash generating business and their only weapon to win volume is to discount against speedy.

The reason why they are meeting market expectations this year is that the Amey contract runs until the December, so revenue for this year will not be impacted by the termination of the contract. It’s next year that we need to be thinking about, and some guidance from the company would have been appropriate.

Very poor communications from the Company. CEO talks a big game but so far the market doesn't want to hear it. And what with CFO throwing in the towel, the Amey contract loss bolt from the blue, and now this less than adequate AGM update, I for one am starting to wonder if Ashmore is ever going to produce the goods beyond chucking money at Brenda, flogging off/losing large chunks of revenue and earnings, and trying to tell us that everything is hunky dory, when the share price tells us it clearly bloody isn't!

I agree. Worse than issuing no statement at all.
