The shares are taking a breather. So long as it holds above 10 p it will go up to 12p and then 14p. Patience will be rewarded.

The construction industry is strong. There is always a demand for plant hire. There were times when competition was stiff, with some companies low balling. When senses return to reality (just like the banks, supermarkets, airlines etc) they all want to maintain a healthy margin and profit, so they will increase the price gradually. The extra increase in price will mostly flow to the bottom line.

The MACD has cut through the signal line, giving a buy signal. The share price is poised to go up to 12 p soon before rising to 14 p. in the next few months.

So the dividend yield is currently 6.6% with the dividend covered more than five times over in terms of operating cashflow. Looks like a complicated set of results to get one's head around.
