Oh yes;The word "spaz", short for "spastic", is a considered a derogatory term to many people, especially those with cerebral palsy. That's okay then. Just shows the level of the man.

Singapore would be a good place to relocate to.
Same regulatory parameters that Hong Kong used to have, and sufficiently close too.
4 hour flight or so Changi to Chek Lap Kok isn't?

Why not stay outside and away from CCP but take 90% profits from region with ability still to profit elsewhereBest of both worlds. Why put all your eggs in one basket with regime who have a questionable relationship with West.I would go towards Singapore - still maximise profits from region but stay clear of CCP

HSBA may be regulated in the U.K. but it is primarily a Far East Bank.
Chinese economy set to surpass the US within the next five years plus a softening of US/China relations - do the maths.

"Porsche - totally agree with you mate. Exports from UK to EU -41% in January. How is that anything but idiotic"

Some perspective for the knicker wetter Remoaners...

Exports to EU from UK £5.5bn
Imports from EU £6.6bn

"Exports of goods, excluding non-monetary gold and other precious metals, fell by £5.3 billion (19.3%) in January 2021, because of a £5.6 billion (40.7%) fall in exports to the EU.

Imports of goods, excluding non-monetary gold and other precious metals, fell by £8.9 billion (21.6%) in January 2021, driven by a £6.6 billion (28.8%) fall in imports from the EU"

5 pc fall for a 2 pc dividend, as always sell day before ex dividend. Staggering how badly UK banks are doing compared to everywhere else, US banks at multi year highs, I own a chunk of ANZ Australia and NZ listed, and they are at five year highs, UK as always just pummelled and when you see figures like this morning, exports to the biggest market the eu down 40pc on brexit you can see why, being a political self harming brexit basket case has set the country back ten years and the ftse will remain the dog index of the world. EM the place to be now. Scots will leave next to rejoin EU so that will be the next crusher for Ftse and sterling. Terminal, these are worth a punt around 4 on the basis it will only be a matter of time till they relocate to HK.
