05/3/2021 15:14 | When these move they do go up quite quickly, back to a core holding for income seekers, especially when back to quarterly payments, 2022.I see back over 600p. | montyhedge
05/3/2021 13:15 | Nice to see so many non - tech shares on the front foot. Had my first jab yesterday and for me I definitely feel it's the start of getting back to normal- well done the scientists. Suet | suetballs
05/3/2021 12:44 | 445.70 was the recent high. That was when i thought it was a break. It is definitely having a go again but will it stick this time? | supermarky
05/3/2021 11:52 | Hey Imastu... again! I think you could stick a pin in the banks atm and it's not difficult to find one that will rise short and medium term. I hold LLOY, STAN and HSBA and see north of 25% in short order from each. | brucie5
05/3/2021 11:48 | It's interesting to me - one of the 3 'dogs' of the FTSE, being high yielders with dividend challenges - BP, HSBA and VOD, which were hammered through the pandemic, but then stayed down. You could add in sector competitors (Shell and other banks) but HSBA was possibly the worst of the banks - the China thing. Oddly enough, after some bounce back, VOD is back in the dog house. Currently invested in none of them - but made some nice money along the way, before switching (too early) into precious metals (again). (Go POLY...) | imastu pidgitaswell
05/3/2021 11:11 | This looks to be clearly breaking out now. 5.20 on the cards as next stop. | brucie5
03/3/2021 16:54 | You have to think carefully about relocating to a place where people are thrown in jail for trying to be elected. | zangdook
03/3/2021 16:09 | Corporation tax rate at 25% in 2023. If that doesn't finally make HSBC's mind up re relocation to HK (16.5%) then nothing will. spud | spud
03/3/2021 15:25 | Almost at 50% of my target shareholding here after another chunk this morning. spud | spud

03/3/2021 10:45 | Goldman raises tp to £5.35 from £5.10 - buy. I'd be very happy with £5 and I'm very bullish on Asia. Suet | suetballs
02/3/2021 21:29 | Hi everyone, My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast last week and part of our discussion includes HSBA which I hold myself. As always we also chatted about loads of other Stocks and Ideas for research and a fair bit of educational stuff with regards to Investing and Portfolio Management. This one covers our thoughts on where the Markets are now and what we think is most likely going to confront us in coming months and what our strategies are. Specific topics in this one include the impact of Storytelling on our Brains and it also has a chunk on reasons for Retirement and we have found lots of Listeners seemed to like that. Anyway, if you use Youtube, Apple, Audioboom, Overcast, Google+ or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want Podcast TPI 43) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful, we try to keep them light and they are totally unscripted, with the intent being that it is like you are eavesdropping on us having a chat down the pub (we can dream !!). Cheers, WD @wheeliedealer | thewheeliedealer
