19/7/2017 15:25 | Thanks, I tried that but got Volume, 2 year and Momentum charts as well that added to the clutter. I'll wait to see if ADVFN come back with a link, as I'd prefer just to include RSI. I'm sure its possible. In the meantime I've added your test link, to the header that way you'll be able see RSI etc, without cluttering it. | mazarin
19/7/2017 12:38 | It's not something I really understand, but I extracted some code from MIATA's header. If you put < before this and > after it it seems to work img src='http://www.advf I did a test post here: | finkwot
19/7/2017 11:58 | HI Finkwot - Happy to oblige I'll check it out, but in the meantime do you happen know what link address is required? ADVFN don't explain how to add RSI to thread they only describe its function. This morning I sent email request for guidance but, don't hold your breath. | mazarin
19/7/2017 09:59 | Hi mazarin I appreciate the minimal header. I sometimes looked at the relative strength and momentum charts on the old Miata thread, so if you were thinking about adding those I wouldn't object. If other people don't want them I can easily check the old thread if I want to. It's certainly good to have a header that loads quickly. | finkwot
18/7/2017 15:00 | Yes, Dudishes I will certainly try to keep on eye on the Financial Calendar and include relevant dates when announcements are made. You may have already seen that I mentioned 1st Aug in the header when, no doubt next dividend date will be given. I suspect Maita's listed Dividend dates were added retrospectively as I have not seen any reliable forward reference to Dividend dates. There's also a link to HSBC's Financial Calendar for those who care to look for themselves. Similarly, I too am regularly in and out of HSBA been in it for many years but currently out, having banked profits on recent gains. So I'm currently looking to get back in at the right point (whenever that is.....?) | mazarin
18/7/2017 12:06 | G'day mazarin, just closed my HSBC long, but wife holds approx 28,000. Gifted as an employee. I'm in and out, shake it all about! A damn good share to follow. Miata, maybe reading but was seriously ill, may have died. Hopefully reading? Divi info (that he provided), was a good pointer, if you are able, post the dividend info. Bitcoin/Plexcoin/fai | dudishes
17/7/2017 12:21 | I have filtered the above as this post has recently been spammed across the entire Board | mazarin
17/7/2017 09:09 | 'Chineses GDP beats forecasts' - should be good news for HSBC today | mazarin
17/7/2017 08:51 | Thanks Mazarin. | uapatel
17/7/2017 08:04 | Thank you mazarin | ianood
17/7/2017 07:46 | You're welcome and I'll try to keep it free from clutter | mazarin
17/7/2017 07:43 | marzarin,Well done. | garycook
17/7/2017 07:33 | New thread created this morning, here's the link - Let's hope it marks a return to positive territory...! | mazarin
17/7/2017 07:30 | I have kept the header intentionally minimal, but I am quite open to include any other additional information other users may suggest, provided its directly relevant to HSBC | mazarin
17/7/2017 07:25 | In its latest results, HSBC delivered a strong set of results across its major businesses and shown evidence of a successful repositioning. Its diversified business model, international network and capital strength provide a solid foundation for further growth indicate it continues to be well positioned for the future. HSBC Investor Relations: 4th Div Declaration due - 20/02/18, goes Ex - 22/02/18 and payable on 06/04/18 | mazarin
17/7/2017 06:41 | mazarin - yes please | ianood
17/7/2017 05:16 | mazarin... MIATA suffered a heart attack quite some time ago. This is his/her last post in the system. Whether MIATA is still with us I do not know. MIATA - 12 Jun 2014 - 10:29:16 - 22189 of 22863 Ye Auld Day Thread (2006) - DAY - Every seven minutes someone dies of a heart attack in the UK. - One in three people who have a heart attack die before reaching hospital. YES please start another thread if you can maintain it. I have hosted many threads over the years but do not have the interest to do so here at the moment. | enami
16/7/2017 19:56 | It seems Maita can no longer maintain this thread and sometime in June I considered creating another HSBC thread, as the header is no longer relevant and contents woefully out of date. Are others in favour of new thread? No point doing it otherwise. | mazarin
16/7/2017 17:46 | Here is another another plea coin link lol | bargainbob
16/7/2017 07:36 | bummel near the top of the page is a link "related threads". That'll tell you if there are other HSBA boards going on | zangdook
15/7/2017 04:21 | bummel,I believe most HSBA investors are very content with there profits from the low 400,s.Shame about Friday.A bit of profit taking and the strengh of the GBP.Also summer lull. | garycook
14/7/2017 22:53 | Where is everybody. This used to be one of the most frequented boards and now there's nothing. Is there another board now? | bummel45 |
