Don't think so - HWDN are just putting pressure on the local council to get it passed - it's a problem for Northampton, not Howdens, if it doesn't go through. HWDN can go elsewhere if they have to imo.

I agree as that ahead statement was excluding some of the strongest months

My comment was a follow on to the previous email hoping for a fall back,I think that won't happen so maybe we could hope for a sideways movement ai allow accumulation

Couldn't agree more regarding the 7 years to full capacity.
This I feel is the bit the market doesn't truly appreciate.

Also the new manufacturing facilities are now up and running and paid for.

I too wish I found this co. 2 years ago. I think ive been here for nearly a year now. So ive been able to buy more on dips etc. plus a little top yesterday at 400p

I would really like to see the share price fall considerably. But we cant have everything can we.

MSLH, TPT, TPK and HWDN all firming here for the next leg up in the building supply sector imo.

Spring builder sentiment gets batted around as the new year kicks off which will boost the suppliers to builders imo.

All imo/dyor etc.

Opened up a short to protect my buy! I really don't want to sell my holdings as I'm througly researched and personally think howdens is one of the better companies on the LSE, no matter what direction it moves now I'm not making or loosing,, I'm not trading this I'm invested and have at least £5 pencilled in for 2016. Does anyone else use these hedging strategies..? I'm only going to hold my short for a small length of time .. Hopefully :)
