If get a good Brexit deal this should help the stock loads. Lots of back packers rely on easy no problem free movement around the EU

Be great if this could break £1 by Christmas...
I mean first vaccine deliveries will be available within days.
It should have PE ratio of about 20 as fundamentally (ignoring this years blip)
the backpacking industry is growing and will grow further - it can actually
be very environmentally friendly if people walk or cycle between hostels.

This was over 90 in June. The forward news (re vaccines) is a lot better now than in June . I'm hoping for "something" over 100. Not sure what yet or which week.

Falling R number in UK is really good news for economy. The end of the lockdown by end of the month and then slow roll out of vaccines.
The first people to travel almost certainly will be young backpackers.

SAGA just gone up 25% so its time for hostelworld to get a historic PE ratio into the high teens. We are miles too cheap.

I know this sounds silly but I think this internet stock should really have a historic PE ratio of about 20-25 or a price of about £1.60.... For example Rightmove has PE of 30.... Or if you see it not as IT but as Holiday company Whitbread (Premier Inn) has PE of 30...

So this, via PE, is incredibly cheap...
Could double or treble ...

bookbroker: LOL - if you're right airbnb will not get anywhere near $30bn float.
If I am right I'll be quids in.
Gut feeling is the big money is with me on this one. But good luck to you. :-)

I doubt very much until air corridors are lifted, along with lockdowns, quarantines, etc. But pre-pandemic travel is over for good, air fares will likely rise, and gone is this business of a taxi fare being higher than an air ticket to Prague.

Sunday Times reports:
Airbnb: "The home-sharing giant lost $1bn of bookings in March, but has bounced back - and is all set for a $30bn stock market listing"....

Sooooo a rising tide raises all boats - what will that do to HostelWorld?

Students will be planning their summer packpack holiday already - not much else to do.

Don't forget we'll get news on the Oxford/AZ vaccine very soon, probably won't beat PZ 90% but it has other advantages. Once the vaccines start rolling out which is literally a few weeks then stocks like this will rerate to Jan 20 levels

Look at the PE and then at the business model - I'd say this should be (very soon) over £1 a share.

Its nuts that its soooo cheap
