IMO price is being held back, placing coming? Basically we raised £330k at 1.85p could have paid all cash if we had it, last placing was much higher.

Good to see the tick up in price although only small in the end, the weakness on each rally is a little annoying.
The cynic in me wonders could this be part of the reason the price crashed post FS?
Could Glencore have dumped some to smash the price, then hoover them back up over the period? Interesting its also a volume weighted average price hence its lower then the closing prices during the period.
We should see a TR1 from Glencore on their new total holding.

Does seem to suggest that this is the final payment and no more in cash or shares or have I got that wrong?

The thing is these points behave as support on the way down but resistances on the way up I look at the 50/100/200 MA values Some ppl use more than one to get better predictions Just keep my interested I guess

I use moving averages as guides More a simplistic tool But cannot useful when thinking about buying or selling

Does the 3p resistance tie in with the Down gap that was just after the BFS being issued? Don't understand these technical points too much, but some seem to make a point of raising these 'gaps' when on other share BBs.

Any views much appreciated.

The technical set up on the chart is looking superb. The daily, weekly and monthly are lining up beautifully. A nice re-rate isn't far away.

It was Horizonte's call to issue shares, as per this from acquisition RNS of Sep 2015:

"USD 1,000,000 after the date of issuance of a joint feasibility study for the Enlarged Project area, to be satisfied in HZM Shares (at the 5 day volume weighted average price taken on the tenth business day after the date of such issuance) or cash, at the election of Horizonte; "

Again, not clear about the remaining amount due.....
