Craig,

It worries me that you are only the larger buy all the time :-)

You have a shed load already...surely you can retire what what you have already bought

Greed is a sin :-)

I was browsing major miners to see what they are up to.

Profits and cash generation are in general currently very healthy. Glencore has just completed a GBP 1 Billion share buy back programme, and announced another new one for the same amount. They have a cash glut and cant find a better investment than their own shares. I imagine with their retained stake in HZM that they will have a strategic plan for the 2 assets as they develop. e.g sell, retain, increase %. I guess time will tell.

Interesting point salmonn1. The Q1 2018 Operational update did mention that thermal coal was a key input to the RKEF process. I also noted from the Macguarie report that the outlook for lithium is poor - I have been following BCN for the last year but thankfully did not invest - the outlook for nickel appears to be the complete inverse to that for lithium so hopefully our shareprice will follow an inverse pattern too !

Also interesting hobs is Macquarie's outlook on thermal coal, price falls for at the next two years and beyond forecast. It's tc prices that have pulled OPEX costs in the wrong direction over the last year so it would be good to see an improvement translating into better NPV and IRR figures nearer production.

The price action is very frustrating but for anyone feeling concerned just read Macquaries latest outlook on commodities - my cash is remaining firmly on Nickel!

can't buy anything online//////// A few errors in that post Wooster. You should always start a sentence with a capital letter and finish with a full stop. The accuracy of the post is questionable as well,I am sure that you could have bought something online. You may even have been able to buy HZM if you put an order in on a 'fill or kill',as long as it was at or under the NMS.

I can’t see that trade JB but hope your right. The trend since since April/May looks similar to when Griffiths was reducing. A good rally followed when it eventually cleared.

Usually means limited supply at the offered price, when that stock is then bought the price will tick up.

Well said Cumnor, totally agree. Keeping their powder dry I reckon. It's a sign of confidence in the assets, their development and the market fundamentals imho.

Broken arrow-company right not to 'surrender' to the seller-they want out-so why talk up share price and give them a higher price if they have no commitment to the business. I am happier to see them suffer a loss and pick up their stock cheaply-some CEOs hold onto to good news if they are aware a persistent seller wants out.
