My confidence is ebbing too, however the market is testing our patience .. you almost feel like submitting and feel like selling out It is the fear of missing out that keeps us invested ... after all it is so near now The thing is we know BFS is coming but there is no excitement on the run up to it...so will there be any when it is announced ? .. expect so initially The stale bulls will sell out on any gains .. then we hope for the next moment that will propel this higher

Interesting charts.Nickel has halved in price since early 2011,the Horizonte price has fallen from 28p,so if there is a correlation then HZM is very geared!The real problem for the junior miners has been the near evaporation of proprietary trading by brokers in junior miners.Governments have given full weighting to bonds when it comes to assessing the capital solvency of financial intermediaries but holdings in AIM stocks like HZM are given a rating of junk status.Thus,brokers don't trade in junior explorers or AIM stocks in general like they did ten years ago when prop book speculation combined with a flood of liquidity to drive miners to unprecedented levels.

Agree Steeple Does look correlated doesn't itBut buy more into that theory if HZM was a producer funny though closer to BFS and we under 3p... best time to buy now ...hindsight hey

If you're searching for explanations,short term nickel moves might lend some rationale to the HZM share price but over a length of time,there's clearly no meaningful correlation.For one thing,HZM isn't a producer.It's actually getting to a position of production that is mesmerising the market.

I have stopped buying onto long term forecasts....too much risks and uncertainties.
You only have to look at what is going on today

12 month view is my approach now and review then again

Don't you think the best long term value is from a working mine given the forward view of Nickel supply/demand? Key question is dilution getting there.

We need metals to go up by 30% by this time next year I am not bullish on global economy post 2019 and we know everything gets dragged down when that happens We need to think what is preferred as a shareholder .. bought by another major or be a producer I take the former with uncertainty ahead

Just catching up with the Cannacord update. I noted last week they have built a close to 20% stake in Thruvision (THRU), its also the discretionary clients account.
Always lots of money on the move I guess.

As per today's report from Wall Street Journal - did Trump blink first under pressure from auto and various other businesses?

"The U.S. is reaching out to China for a new round of trade talks, in an effort to give Beijing another opportunity to address trade issues before the Trump administration implements additional tariffs on Chinese imports, according to people briefed on the matter.

Senior U.S. officials, led by Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, recently sent an invitation to Chinese counterparts headed by Vice Premier Liu He, proposing another bilateral trade meeting, the people said.

The U.S. side has proposed having discussions in the coming weeks and has asked the Chinese to dispatch a ministerial-level delegation. The proposed meeting might take place in Washington or Beijing, the people said.

A Treasury Department spokesman declined to comment."
