07/8/2018 10:15 | Looking at the Nickel stock situation it showing a very steady decline of about 15Kt per month since Dec 2017. At some point if this continues the price of Nickel is going to rapidly increase. (Unless of course additional volume comes on line, demand reduces or a market shift occurs for political reasons) I don't really have the knowledge to know what the tipping point will be but in some commodities it's around a stock base of 6months consumption when the price begins to really spike. Right now it looks good. | craigieboy1

07/8/2018 04:44 | Yes agree, just get it published. Waiting for the city to get back from holidays isn't a priority as far I'm concerned. Dealers could come back and the markets could wobble. We would probably go down with the rest of the market just because of a tweet or a leadership challenge or we've run out of baked beans! (PS. Don't see the Yanks taking time off in the summer they are currently in the middle of earnings season, but whatever). Just hope it beats everyone's hopes. Good luck all holders | uapatel
06/8/2018 22:12 | Latter half of August would suit me just fine. Averaging 4.8p I just want to see this surge up again as soon as possible to be honest... | nowenterprise
06/8/2018 21:07 | I’m also hoping for mid September release with a bit of marketing before hand. | twigs3
06/8/2018 20:13 | Just been looking at the calendar. Even if the FS is ready at the end of August I think it would be better to publish when it would have most impact. Early September? When everyone is back at work. I remember the discussion the board had about this before the PFS was issued. | salmonn1
06/8/2018 15:25 | Persistent seller says to market maker about now - 'how many do you need to level the book today'? | charles clore

06/8/2018 09:34 | Its not "commonly"known that projects are funded 70/30 debt to equity. It depends on the state of the markets.HZM was happily issuing stock at around the 3.5p less than a year ago.Was that a "dereliction of duty"?19th Dec 2017 - Horizonte Minerals Plc, (AIM: HZM, TSX: HZM) ("Horizonte" or the "Company") the nickel development company focused in Brazil, is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Vale S.A ("Vale") to acquire (the "Acquisition") 100% of the advanced Vermelho nickel-cobalt project in Brazil ("Vermelho"). In addition the Company is pleased to announce a conditional placing (the "Placing") of ordinary shares in the Company (the "Placing Shares") in the U.K. and Canada to raise up to GBP8.5 million (before expenses) at 3.5p per Placing Share. | steeplejack
06/8/2018 08:40 | Be nice to think so, Maverick. But this is August and volumes are low, so not expecting much till nearer end of August as we approach BFS. That is assuming JM and boys are not gonna pull the date further back! | uapatel
06/8/2018 08:29 | Perhaps the last chance to buy sub 4p? | maverick247
06/8/2018 07:20 | L2 moving up today 2v4 | jailbird
06/8/2018 01:05 | An interesting month or so lies ahead for sure! | craigieboy1
05/8/2018 22:18 | Gentlemen It is commonly known that debt to equity ratio for such a project is usually 30% equity to 70% debt. The equity ratio can be reduced by off-take funding and/or some form of equipment leasing. My view is the company will try to reduce the equity element as much as possible. Given the low market value I think it would be a dereliction of duty if the company issues stock at current levels, I remain convinced a takeover approach will come, possibly this month. | thecoyone
05/8/2018 13:57 | Steeple, I am thinking more and more this what exactly is happening..equity part will be at 4p Top of their head anyone remember how much is needed to raise fund construction wonder what ratio will be off-take:debt:equity ? | jailbird
04/8/2018 11:05 | Looking back to January when Vermelhio was announced along with the fund raising for that deal the share price fell quite sharply in the lead up to that announcement, then rebounded sharply. These deals are typically arranged around the average share price for a set period. This could be 30 or 60 day average etc. This is an incentive for large holders and ongoing supporters to reduce the share price in advance to ensure a lower in price and hence more shares, ultimately the PI stake is then diluted. But in the end it's maybe better than borrowing?? | craigieboy1
03/8/2018 16:19 | Bertie Virtually every stock I've predicted needing a placing has had one. VOG still awaited. | sleveen |
