OK for recent traders; not much profit for long term holders and losses in some cases for people who did believe in them and have held on but disappointed they are selling out so low.

I don't understand why they are rushing to accept such a low offer. The share price was 268.50 on 14.8.2017. Poor return for shareholders with no dividends either.

I see the share price is slightly above the offer price a.t.m. Does that suggest a higher bid might be forthcoming?

Lombard Odier ups its stake from 6.2% to 9.3% (at 90p). Hopefully the determined seller has been taken out. Would be helpful if an rns appears next week so we can see who they are/were.

A US listing is in (rather slow) progress.

I added a few yesterday at 91p, as I suspect this will appear cheap before too long.

The Times hsd an article the other day saying how well AIM shares hsd done since Covid. Didn't mention Horizon which goes from bsd to worse. Why do you suppose that is?

They shouldn't have stalled on the listing earlier in the year... they've missed a trick here given how well US markets have been doing.

HZD are now ready to move forward with many Deals in their Pipeline. News flow will come thick and fast and £1.30? will be Sooner than some think. Get ready as HZD can move up very quickly....

When is this one going to turn a profit? Losses galore!

Posted here a few times recently because it's a nice one to nip in and out of. There's a decent trading range it keeps bouncing within. No idea on fundamentals here. The outlook is positive and the US listing might mean additional interest but on the whole it's one of those that could go anywhere.

Bought a few of these sorts recently: EVG, DDDD and SYM. They've bizarrely all gone higher but still not managed to maximise gains because they're blooming hard work. They go up (making you think they're going to shoot higher) and then come flying back down (making you think they're going to tank alot more) then they do they hokey cokey and end up in some unknown land.

Best to book profits as you get them with these sorts. You just can't be sure.

Will keep a watch here ahead of the US listing and possibly for some bid rumour if ABC come back with an offer, but it's all very short term based moves.

Edit T Cell features changes cell to become a drug. 20/3O million within next 5 years. News update expected this year. Expect return to normality H2. Cash being managed well. EBITDA should improve H2. Staff turnover 15%. IT costs for new website improves services and quality ISO210007 certified this year. Nasdaq listing being worked on. Operating cash flow still positive.
Outlook positive and way of working from home working well. Customers relationships improving to a higher level. Outsourcing with sticky services growing H2. Developing screening market and bio production. Drivers remain strong and growing revenue in H2.
Q&A Assumption return to growth H2. Driver Academic customers. Customers returning back to work driving demand. RNAI for Covid research online growing. Bio production a challenge and crystal libraries. Outsourcing And Strong Partnership is benefiting HZD. Expecting to outgrow target market overall. Diagnostics and cell line Engineering should grow rapidly and enquiries increasing rapidly.
Enjoy HZD price increases for the rest of 2020 and into 2021. My short term Target £1.30 plus plus plus. Future is BRIGHT..
