THANK GOD. Theyve seen the light and US list here we come.

Raise a bit of money on list, push the linr to jump start investment to grow faster and faster. Put some pages with all the many logos of pharmies we are working with and this will stand out like a sore thumb as most US bio makes snaff all revenue. If they get it right this might double and I think we should have our listing inside 2 months. Cant wait!

As anyone invested here will know there is a webinar for institutions on 29th July and Proactive are hosting one for PIs the following day. Classic, eh? I assume some clarification will be given on the NASDAQ business and some on the underlying trading which has been far from encouraging so far despite very +ve noises last year and earlier this plus the closure of the InVivo business. The institutional reading of these PR exercises will be the s-t catalyst one way or another. NASDAQ likes high growth and is prepared to see years of losses if that growth is substantial. That is so far unproven here.

Recommencing suggests a clearer path than recommending. Been a decent trading share this with trades off that £1 mark but one to keep an eye on to see if the ADR's do entice bigger buyers in advance and thus a larger move higher.

There is an update due in a week. Happy to sit that one out as no idea what this stock is worth and it's a higher risk play.

Post that update, will be watching on the progress of the US listing and to see if there are any larger buyers. No guarantees but sometimes these stocks listing in the US can have moves higher in advance.

Currently have sellers in size at that 109 and 110 mark with the stock continuing to bounce around in a 10p range.

If it's recommending efforts to move ahead with the American listing then there is tremendous scope for share price appreciation.

If it's recommending efforts be curtailed then please Abcam come and put us out of our misery !!

Worth noting that Jeff Ubben left ValueAct last week, although the pieces below says he will/hopes to continue to run the Spring Fund, where HZD is held. We just need HZD to perform like Nikola!

They started filing for it in February but the market volatility delayed it. They will be mental not to reboot the process. They spent £1.7m on it last year too! Annual Report says

strategic shift in the company to dual list on Nasdaq. A secondary
listing is driven both by the recognition that the U.S. market plays
an increasingly important role in Horizon Discovery’s growth story,
and the greater access that it will give Horizon to an American
investor base well attuned to growth-oriented life sciences
organisations. A dual listing will also have implications for the
Directors and the leadership team: evidenced by the recruitment
of Dr Siddhartha Kadia, an experienced U.S. Non-Executive
Director, who will be appointed shortly after the publication of
this report, and the potential for more roles within the executive
leadership team to be based in the U.S. over time. "

Stock is slightly up but keeps getting stuck at 110. Fundamentals and news aside, it's a nice one to buy down near £1 and nip in and out of as short term play. Too speculative beyond that.
