Appointment of non-executive director

Honeycomb is pleased to announce the appointment of Joanne Lake as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2021. Joanne will also be appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk, Management Evaluation and Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Board.

Joanne has over 30 years' experience in financial and professional services, investment banking and in audit and business advisory services. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and of the ICAEW, and is a member of the ICAEW's corporate finance faculty.

Joanne is currently non-executive chairman of Mattioli Woods Plc, non-executive deputy chairman of Henry Boot Plc and a non-executive director of Morses Club Plc and Gateley Plc. In the past five years, she was also a non-executive director of Green Man Gaming Plc and Accrol Group Holdings Plc.

Robert Sharpe, the Company's Chairman, commenting on the appointment said:
