Holders Technology (AIM: HDT), has been informed that, on 30 March 2023, Victoria Blaisdell, Group Managing Director, sold a total of 27,793 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 72p per Ordinary Share and subsequently repurchased 27,735 Ordinary Shares at a price of 72.1p per Ordinary Share in an individual savings account ("ISA") in her name.

Following this transfer, Victoria Blaisdell's beneficial interest in the Company is 83,244 Ordinary Shares , representing 1.97% of the Company's issued share capital.
