Conversion Rate for Proposed 2017 Final Dividend

Further to the preliminary announcement of annual results released on 21 February 2018, the Directors of Hochschild Mining plc ("the Company") have determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the proposed 2017 final dividend is US$1:GBP0.7383.

Accordingly, the sterling equivalent of the proposed 2017 final dividend is 1.4508 pence per Ordinary Share which will be paid, subject to shareholder approval, on 1 June 2018.
