Had the finger hovering over the sell button but resisted expecting (hoping) a small bounce was coming in AG. And it has.

Of course may still end up regretting not pushing the button

Has the Moodys down grading a week ago effecting it not ?? Why did they ? Are mining operations yields reducing? The company has said it is actively looking for other opportunities.

Back in at 196.5, expecting a rebound towards circa 212 if floor of trading channel holds.

Hhmm .. almost as if everyone is tuned in and getting nervous about Silver flirting with Aaron's lower trend line

Good to see TA chat on here these days, about 192.00 for the bottom of the channel.

I think 205.00 is more realistic as a target, runs into a minor resistance there.

Major support is at 187.50, back to December 2016

All imo obviously

Just bought 2000 at 196.5 for a punt, seems to be close to the floor of a falling channel with a potential upside to circa 212.

stevea ~ during the week I might have nudged MML a bit higher! Now, "to have and to hold", my thinking being that any pm stock that could produce a dividend or throw off cash at current price levels should do well. Thanks again.

I haven't seen a storm-proof greenhouse but imagine the contour might be on the lines of the clever umbrella having vent flaps along each ridge allowing blasts to filter through. When first on Islay I was offered yet another cottage for £100 ~ it had a perfect roof but no windows or doors, neighbour-free and a splendid Atlantic location. Currently the going rate would be c' £150k and also so much of everything throughout the world seems fully priced that I tend to lurk where 'angels fear to tread'.

Talking about silver: the NHS has started to impregnate wound dressings with it and Romans, all those years ago, swallowed small silver coins for internal problems and I have started to use an oral spray to assist with a bladder infection (10 ppm, parts per million into distilled water). Better than using antibiotics etc.

If you are into charts and looking at Christopher Aaron's symmetrical triangle on Silver...it's pretty hard to argue they are a good tool.

What's more concerning is we are hugging the bottom of the support line which he says if breaks through the downtrend, the PM bull market is shelved for 18-24 months at least. And a break either way has to happen within the next 6-8 weeks.

To cut to the chase go to 9 mins 13 seconds.

I'm not into charts but have to admit it reads very compelling

150p Rat.

Only in a crash do I think that will come.

And a crash we are likely to get.

So where is the support level if this plummets through 200p? The chart offers few clues, seems susceptible to a sizeable fall if general sentiment remains negative imo.
