Hiro Metaverse Acquisitions I S.A. (LSE: HMA1) ("HMAI" or the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company formed to focus on a Business Combination, announces for the purpose of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, that, following the completion today of the redemption of 11,428,033 class A ordinary shares ("Public Shares"),the total issued share capital of the Company now consists of 416,967 Public Shares and 2,875,000 unlisted class B ordinary shares (held by Hiro Sponsor I LLP (the "Sponsor Shares")).

The 11,428,033 redeemed Public Shares are currently held in treasury pending cancellation.

Of the 416,967 Public Shares in issue, 345,000 Public Shares are held by Hiro Sponsor 1 LLP and approximately 0.47% of the Public Shares are held in public hands (for the purposes of the Listing Rule 14.3.2.). As a result, the Company does not currently comply with the "free float" requirements of the Listing Rules and is in discussions with the FCA regarding the position of its free float.

The total number of voting rights of the Company is 3,291,967. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
