Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting is to be held at The Tapestry Room, The Ned, 27 Poultry, London on 10 September 2019 at 10.30 am.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting, together with the Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at www.hipgnosissongs.com.
