The Company announces that it has been advised that Andrew Sutch, a Director of the Company, has acquired 960 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the automatic re-investment of dividend. Following this transaction, Mr. Sutch holds a total of 63,953 Ordinary Shares, which equates to 0.005% of the issued share capital.
