The Company announces that it has been advised that Andrew Sutch, a Director of the Company, has acquired 972 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the automatic reinvestment of dividend proceeds. Following this transaction, Mr Sutch holds a total of 64,925 Ordinary Shares, which equates to 0.005% of the issued share capital.
