Transaction in Own Shares
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC announces that on the 24 August 2018 its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") purchased through its Broker, Investec, 66,750 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company, at an average price of 1087.45 pence per share. All of the purchased shares will be used to satisfy the vesting of shares under the Company's 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan.
Following the purchase, the EBT holds 90,453 ordinary shares, representing 0.12% of the total ordinary share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital as at today is 78,913,435 ordinary shares.
