They raised the money they did not need because billionaires thrust it onto them.
Which they were going to use immediately.
Which they then didn't.
They then had some "unexpected" bills which needed paying pronto. For which they drew down a $500k facility.
Which has left them with the money that they raised that were not needed which they used immediately which was not used immediately now left there immediately to be used in the future immediately whilst also drawing down $500k immediately.

19th August RNS:
" The new funds will be utilised immediately in expanding our manufacturing capabilities and further developing awareness of the Zoetic brand."

4th September RNS:

"Consequently, the Board resolved to draw down in full the $500,000 bank facility. This satisfies these temporarily higher costs whilst preserving the funds raised in the placing on 19 August for future expansion and ongoing operations."

Hmmmmm..............

"utilised immediately" or "preserving the funds raised in the placing on 19 August for future expansion and ongoing operations."

So one of the two RNS's is either an error or a downright lie. I wonder which?

Not most undervalued, but definitely very undervalued imo. I agree totally with your point that the share price was already missing the true oil value before this new CBD segment was added. Unfortunately so many trolls have slammed this to suit their short positions it had confidence knock. They will no doubt come back out from under their rocks shortly as the share price starts to gain some traction again! My genuine view of where the true valuation is at moment should be in the20-25p range...

um... no they just did one... what they have said is they are using their 500k drawdown to Prevent a placing. That will be paid back from sale proceeds... please do read.
