Supercity I believe that the 300 is HNR's 7.5% of the 4000.

4053 per day=28371 per week@$50= $1.4m per week or $74m per annum. HNR @ 7.5%= $5.5 or approx £4.3m.

Not sure how the 7.5% working interest works out in real money terms but going on 4000 bopd with a conservative $50 a barrel looks like 7.5% of nearly 1.5 million a week is pretty lucrative

Any news on these wells for oil production ? Provisional data from the three new wells flowing back, Buckskin, Grizzly and Ouray, indicate that these wells should perform in line with the existing two wells drilled by Highlands, which have been ranked in the top 3% of all Niobrara wells in the Denver Julesburg basin. Flowback from the remaining three new wells, Thunder, Citadel and Hagar, is expected in the next two weeks with timing being subject to possible change due to the recent extreme cold weather conditions at the location.

Cotton4, Here's a company with directors who have a track record of milking the system to the maximum extent to the cost of retail investors. Do you really think that they're going to cut back? Pull the other one, it's got bells on it! JakNife

"Going forward, the sale will enable us to reduce our overhead and operating expenditure requirements" JakNife, The forecast loss of £.4m, is based I presume on overheads remaining at current levels and no further development of the other potential 16 well at ED.

Current revenue £1.4 from 2 wells. Equivalent to £5.6m from 8 wells. This should cover overheads (was £6m expected to reduce in second half). Given "robust" revenue streams, development of more wells likely. Also nitrogen element still to be developed.
