I've been short HNR for months. It's run by a bunch of bent rip-off merchants who spin yarns to retail punters in order to sucker them into putting their hard earned cash into the company. Not to worry though, next week's results will confirm that they've p'd away the millions that they've raised from investors in the recent past.

Each to their own opinion but it does beg the question you're reasons for posting here at all.

The NPV will be whatever Robbie Price can mug over the retail punters into believing it will be ... ... but in reality it's a big fat zero!

yes, and when you add that £4m to the existing cash and factor in a little cash burn you have .... cash of about £3 to £4m. hence "but tangible net assets are probably closer to £3 to £4m." which compares unfavourably with a market cap that's four times that amount. Hence why it's an obvious SELL!

"Highlands sold 49.5% of its 57% interest in the Wildhorse, Powell and all future East Denver wells to True Oil ▪ The Company received US $5.4 million in cash ▪ Highlands retains 7.5% carried interest in current and future wells" Some cash happens to be about £4m.

You guys should let me in on the gang, I could write much more intelligent ramps than the dross that you're presenting. "Highlands will be announcing its Interim Results for the six months ended 30 September 2018 on Thursday 13 December 2018, at which time it will provide further detail on the progress the Company is making with these and its other projects." From: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/highlands-naturalres--hnr-/rns/update-on-operations-and-notice-of-results/201811200700208343H/ So next Thursday we get to see exactly where the company stands. At the finals: Https://www.investegate.co.uk/highlands-naturalres--hnr-/rns/final-results/201807240700095132V/ The company had cash of £600k and tangible net assets of just under £500k. There was also some cash received post balance sheet date for the East Denver projects. But since then they've failed to commercialise anything and Robbie has expensive tastes so he'll have blown plenty of that. At 13.5p the market cap is £16.8m but tangible net assets are probably closer to £3 to £4m. Hence the share price needs to fall 75% to get closer to fair value - about 3.5p a share. JakNife

Doesn't appear to be much by way of ramping here. Perhaps Jak just wants in. As for placing, even after all the mutterings about placings this year, nothing has materialised. But Jak may be able to tell us when and what the placing is for.

Theres been a lot of scaremongering over this share. Since this time last year, West Denver has come and gone but they are now generating some cash. In the year end accounts they had a few hundred thousand of cash. Since then they have received $5.4 or £4m of cash. They have probably got another £3m in revenue. So I can't see where a fund raiser is required in the near future. Potential income from new wells and Nitrogen and I expect a reduction in operating costs. Whats not to like but sentiment is what it is.
