Steve Larratt spreading the news of the drill permit approval before the RNS so getting the word out there.

HNR started at 3mins 30seconds. I got the news on the board first which I think he noticed but I happened to be the first of many of us watching.

But it goes to show how many on here are dedicated to doing their own research and helping others on this board. Great work from many people on here.

Can see them mobilising the rig (if they have one) and setting the cellar while they wait on the issuance... I believe 88E has done the same thing.

COGCC also knew that the construction was supposed to start on 1st April and Fourseasons said they wanted the permit ready to start construction on 1st April.

I therefore assume it will take HNR 10 days for the construction of the 16 well pad prior to the first spud. I can only assume that is the plan.

Four Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) wells just granted state approval yesterday for drilling -



Nice low cost low risk onshore US located Niobrara shale. Drilling this summer.

Should see this push back above 70p again now or possibly even tripple.

Non dilutive funding sorted in my opinion.

Farmor2 - ConocoPhillips - had a problem in December sorting out the spacing and was delayed a few days when the agreement with Farmor 2 was made.

So spacing agreed at the end of January with COGCC and 4 APDs and 16 well pad documents received by COGCC on 21st February with funding in place provided by Farmor2.

The permit was approved at the end of trading in Denver yesterday at 4.45pm. I feel that this is the last requirement to sign off the funding.

So will hopefully be sorted today in the US but may be outside the UK trading times.

So an afternoon RNS but more likely Monday

Permits approved - fantastic news and just waiting for non dilutive funding. This will finance HNR on all projects and derisks Highlands completely if the funding is sorted.

So although I don't expect an RNS at 7am, at some point news will come.
Will get very interesting if no RNS.

I can't see there not being a surge in buys from the off

Must be a good chance of a speeding ticket as sells had completely dried up by afternoon and share price was moving up on any buy side volume

this could prove great entertainment

If a speeding ticket RNS confirmed permits and mentions funding, we could see 40p.

Clearly a lot of disillusionment amongst current holders who are selling into any rise, a solid RNS and a couple of million buys will sort that out.
I see Giglo has now arranged internet access from Costa Rica, how is the weather mate?
