lloydiee69 - this is exactly what they want. This is how they make money. On people like you who are selling with loss. Remember based on the same cicustances, after April this year share price was already 12p and now is 6p. And nothing has changed in the company! Only further, rapid progress was done with Hemp business.

Raising cash is a question...has that caused the drop? I don’t think so. Financials seem to stir up a storm which has contributed to sell off but story post April not changed where this reached 12p. Cash at FY end plus 500k raise minus zoetics set up costs, include ED revenue for June and continuation should see enough for admin not to raise until CBD revenue drips through. I’m guesstimating a little but I can see this as a buy from here back to placing price 1st target

"Highlands estimates that the gross funding to establish Zoetic will comprise:
-- Machinery: $500,000 for hemp oil distillation and pouch manufacturing machines
-- Initial cultivation start-up costs: $120,000 for purchases of hemp plants and indoor soil
-- Expansion of infrastructure: $150,000 for expanded gas and water infrastructure
-- Opex for year 1: $1.3 million of which the main items will be salaries, grow supplies and utilities
Furthermore, noting that Highlands expects Zoetic to be profitable by the end of the year, the final quarter of operating expenditure is expected to be largely self-funding.

Taking these factors into account, Highlands expects the net cost to shareholders of starting up Zoetic to be in the region of $1.5 million."

Seems pretty clear. And with their undoubted talent in forecasting revenues I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that they will deliver on their word. Again. And possibly as early as August. The 21st to be precise!

Allbull, Do they have admin costs? I must have missed that. Please do tell me more.

Next you will be telling me that two board members earn more than half of the turnover!

Or that they are given bonuses for producing £5.7m odd loss on a paltry £1m turnover.

Or that they resort to the begging bowl every few months.

Or that the company has never reported a profit.

Or that they failed in every project that they have ever launched.

Well I for one certainly don't believe you!

Oil sold 57184, x 0.075 = 4289 HNR barrels. x $59 average oil price June = $ 253,051 - state tax 20% = $ 202,440 oil
Gas sold 130,180 x 0.075 = 9764 HNR mcf x $2.3 average wholesale gas price June. = $22,457 -state tax $17965 gas
202,440 + 17965 = $ 220,405 for HNR and don’t forget we have to - 7.5% operating cost.
