26/7/2019 14:04 | Really good podcast. Nick Tulloch confirmed: ''We don't need to do the fundraise. There is no requirement to fundraise to come to OCT. This is simply listing our exsisting shares. And it's a facility to enable international to get involved in Highlands. Other companies found when they've done this, the liquidity in their company has gone up, as suppose you can expect that as you let yourself to the wider market. Plus to say we know that we have interest from people in US and the OCT listing is what is the way of achiving that.'' That's great :)))) | soounder

26/7/2019 13:23 | - ED wells x8 for the next full financial year (yes they decline yada yada but still) cover majority of overheads - True "may" drill up to another 24 with our 7.5% carried interest - revenues incoming from 36 stores potentially more for Chill - revenues to come online from UK and US from online site and leafy quick - potential for huge seed revenue later this year which will dwarf anything else we have - cash burn should be reduced from letting some leases go to focus on CBD business - Nick Tulloch | soounder
26/7/2019 13:23 | I can see the accounts aren't too rosy, but it's so obvious what these lot are doing. As everyone is focusing on the negatives (yes i know there are some i'm not competently blinkered) let's briefly cover off the positives... | soounder
26/7/2019 13:20 | IG offers something like CFD (contracts for difference) and Spread betting. A real money maker for someone who 'knows' where the share price goes ;) I've tried that. It really works and pays well if you predicted that some company shares will fall or raise ;) A real gold mine for syndicates that can and know how to manipulate small companies share price ;) | soounder

26/7/2019 13:18 | honestmarty - you know very well that HNR got nothing to do with those companies that you have listed. Not even close. | soounder
26/7/2019 13:16 | Marty, excellent companies! Every single one of those. As is this one! The same MO. | kemche
26/7/2019 13:12 | I post here because it is fun to identify these basket case companies And participate in their demise. Check out my postings on LION, NAUT and 7Dig | honestmarty
26/7/2019 13:01 | That old trope! Nothing to do with the accounts? Nothing to do with resolutions 7 & 8? Nothing to do with nigh on £450k cashburn a month? Righty ho. 6's still on the cards by eod. | kemche
26/7/2019 12:58 | This drop is planned and well coordinated move - they have opened some shorts - now that short lived 10p recovery makes sense. And now down we go to 7p. Shorts closed, money made and some cheap shares swooped from panicked investors. There is absolutely no reason why this derampers are doing what they are doing today with such devotion if they don't have short positions opened. They are doing the same thing with other prone for manipulation companies using diffrent accounts. This is how they make a living. A good money. By someone's expense ofcourse. | soounder

26/7/2019 12:44 | soounder US shale oil is a gigantic scam. The costs are so high it is likely investors will never see a real profit from it. The insiders will skim off a healthy livin for a few years, but history will be harsh. Plenty of information on this freely available. As for the retail outlets slotting fees Wake up man | honestmarty
26/7/2019 12:38 | During the month of July 2019 to date, production at East Denver averaged approximately 1,700 Bopd and approximately 5,500 Mcfpd. Highlands positioned to benefit from revenue from all eight wells during FY 2020. And 0 debt!!! | soounder
26/7/2019 12:38 | Guys you are creating panic on purpose so some scared people will sell and take a loss. In reality things are not that bad: Sales from: 36 shops + 2 websites + LeafyQuick, a specialist CBD retail that offers same day delivery to the Chicago area (2 milion potential customers) + Ox Distributing, the Company's distribution partner, has also recently indicated its plans to bring Chill products to stores in Texas. In addition, Zoetic products will very shortly be on sale in the UK, initially on our own website and thereafter in stores.'' | soounder
