Likely to be a new facility that was built by idiot investor a few years back on the boom and failed to make any money. Possibly gullible celebrity investors?

Hire lots of new staff and launch a media blitz.

Twinkle Toes must be getting worried if he is lining up to abandon the UK for a US OTC listing.
Good luck getting any of your money back.
What percentage of the market will HNR capture with a me too minnow brand in a market saturated with sharks?
RP is not a farmer, a processing expert, or a retail expert. He doesn't even have product yet.
Just a few labels stuck over somebody else's packets.
He is a slimy,carpet bagging, snake oil salesman. But I think the harsh reality that you can't fool all of the people, all of the time, is catching up on him.
Good luck getting any money out after the switch to the OTC is announced.
It will be pennies on the pound invested.
Two years ago he was promising us millions on DTU. Now look at us.

Listing on OTC market. This is something actually new and unexpected.
Brilliant move. Always 2 steps ahead. They know what they are doing.
In US or Canada other companies of this type (hemp farmers + CBD sellers ) are priced in hundreds of millions $. But not here on LSE !!!
And I really don't think that US investros which are familiar with Hemp and CBD market (far more than british investors) will let HNR stay at £11mln mcap :)))) for to long :))) Can't really wait for this move to be completed :))))

Clearly , the bod are taking excessive pay from this company and the deal for 7.5% was selling HNR short , now that the 5.5m went to pay salaries and G&A.

However, we have got lucky with the cbd business which may save this company - in 6- 12 months we might actually have positive cash flow and no debt.. and a share price which will react to those revenue flows.

We should hold the bid to account for generating only 1m, a placing and Sp collapse with pay cuts and maybe a few should go! Roll on the AGM!

A message to the sad little trolls & punters who've fallen for their deramping. Who should I take my lead from? You - who are pond scum or the new FD Nick Tulloch. He's ex-MD of Cantor Fitzgerald. New, self sustainable business created. Products on sale. Organic hemp growing nice in massive amounts. All in just few months and share price plummeted below the placing price... xD
The sooner they move from this mental market to US the better.
