Highlands will be announcing its full year results for the twelve months ended 31 March 2019 on Thursday 25 July 2019. At the time of its results, the Company will provide a further update on progress on Zoetic, East Denver and all of its other projects.

Just have to say, as there are some very silly posts occurring, that the coming accounts are to 31.03.19.

This they are clearly not going to reflect any Zoetic activity. So the coming accounts will not allow any judgement on the performance of the new business, nor the ongoing performance of East Denver. Just the initial production from the 8 wells, and Wildhorse & Powell over the year.

Yep, share price still flat. Still some chunky round sells. Still some hangover from recent warrants. lots of buys though and some chunky ones.

Lots of progress going on behind scenes.... plants unquestionably growing and product being produced. Cash undoubtedly coming in from ED.

How long will this last? How long before the traders pile in? How long before you miss you single digit entry? Crystal ball anyone. good news on product progress and first sales and this will leap up. Good outdoor harvest and this will be double what it is now.

My attempt

Turnover circa £3.5m before tax

Expenses/costs circa £5m
A loss of circa £2-3m
A cash outflow of circa £2m
Debt= 0 but more shares in circulation

Future revenue stream for h2 looks positive, but also need steady production and some more drilling! 1 year from now should see better revenue streams.

Results are going to have money collected from the PrimaryBid included: ''The Company is pleased to announce that the PrimaryBid Offer received strong demand from private investors and successfully completed and closed at 9.00 p.m. on 19 March 2019. Following the successful closing of the PrimaryBid Offer, the Company has raised gross proceeds of £1.56 million at 8.5 pence per ordinary share via the Fundraising.'' Last year results were the main factor for drop from 25p. So expect recovery by 25 July 2019 and beyond as results are going to be good :)

The outdoor crop is surely in but no RNS to that effect. Shows that the company policy is not to ‘baby’ investors with news of each little event. The information is there in previous RNS’s. Then you get surprised like the more rapid than anticipated entry into the UK. Expect a UK distribution deal as the next ‘surprise̵7;.

So all good and as has been for a while, a great time to buy into a dynamic growing business.

You see yourself what they are aiming at. And they already have everything ready + premium quality organic CBD !!!

So its likely (IMHO) a combination of direct and wholesale sales of flower, biomass, whole plants is likely to occur alongside any CBD that we look to produce ourselves, directly or via third-party partners.

Our growers are experienced growers, growing organically, using proven facilities and land.

Hemp plants, hemp flower, hemp biomass without flower, CBD, and seeds are all valuable and wanted commodities, they will sell at the market rates, which are going up not down in a growing industry.

Outdoors:

40,000 plants previously touted with CBD going at $3 a gram wholesale but now fetching considerably more, and targetting plants capable of producing 30g a plant.

That simple calculation puts the plants at $3,600,000 worth of revenue right there, *if* all of it was turned into CBD and we sold that CBD at $3.

CBD has been going for up to $7 a gram recently, but more to the point, high-quality hemp flower and plant biomass has also been increasing significantly in value, again as alluded to in the last few RNS, and data out there in the real world backs this up.

Bio-mass:

Along with the indoor seed generation then comes the "waste product" of the plant.

Previously when harvesting flower for District 8 from cannabis, this was destroyed, but now (as part of the business model to switch to hemp alongside the fact your products can be marketed all over the USA and ultimately internationally) we will use this to sell, or extract CBD from.

Seeds and Genetics:

On average looking at 15m seeds a year from the indoor facility as it stands is a good number. As alluded to before, good independently verified seeds had fetched up to $1 earlier in the season, but then as the farmers got desperate the price escalated to $1.2 to $1.4 being paid.

Originally when we mentioned this number in the RNS I calculated based on 50c, but even said at 40c a seed thats a lot of money when multiplied by 15m a year.

Clearly achieving anything approaching the $ itself would be a significant income stream.

10,000 plants x 3 seasons x 500+ seeds = 15,000,000.00 (YES 15 milion seeds !) - this year 2019 only

WORST CASE SCENARIO:

15,000,000.00 x $0.50 (a seed) = $7,500,000.00 - minus some expenses and taxes

BEST CASE SCENARIO:

15,000,000.00 x $1.4 (a seed) = $21,000,000.00 - minus some expenses and taxes
