If they increase production then we might start looking beyond £2. We shall see how good the management are at growing the business organically or through acquisition.

Afternoon all

If we could clear 156p and then tickle 158.3p that
would be super, for me anyway.

Nice close. Lets hope we can build on this next week and firm up in a higher and more sensible trading range.

Bit of a drop at the death, 149.6 close, but still ok, bit disappointing though. Fingers crossed tomorrow- non farm day etc.

Sure, support levels do exist as they are visible in history- but again, more often than not the price doesn’t auto fall back to these when it drops and then bounces, so again not much point in predicting the future- can be used for x50 s/loss positions or gains but not for predicting the future- what happens now is the best indicator. SR- an ace morning, fantastic result and i’m very delicate this morning !!!

Patterns do fail, but retracement levels remain. 1285 would be a great entry point in my view. As for patterns vs news - both are valid. However, there’s a lot of bum analysis about!

Still waiting for a decisive break upwards here otherwise there's not a lot to get excited about except for the dividend.

Mark Mobius - More and more US financial institutions going to move out of the US to London because it has a better tax regime compared to New York.

So what is all this guff about London losing out because of Brexit, sounds like the BOE is just trying to scare the UK general population as it did by saying before the vote that the UK will fall off a cliff if vote for Brexit.

S&P 500, not seeing any Capex - All share buy backs and M&A.

Apple going to spend $100bln on share buy backs.

Shady hill- well it didn’t last time ur pattern said it would so what pattern do we have now? Still can’t see it going that low, and patterns are pointless - they are really amusing as we humans like to think we can control based on past events but it’s actual events that create the patterns, and no one can predict the future but just try our best to predict . See my post the other day for what will impact it from the usa this week- make ur own view as to what is and is not factored in for me indi not see low as 1285
