As receivables well up that's an indicator that collected rent stats are hiding deferrals in there as they don't split it out. That said they are flush with cash to cover the dividend at same level as last year.

The BA asset has 3.5yrs to run on its lease and before then there will be clearer idea of where the aviation industry is headed but would leave a big dent in income but suspect BA have got a lot more expensive property in Heathrow area.

Looking at their portfolio the only real concern for me is the big BA engineering facility in South Wales.

Yes but they have a legal requirement to pay out 90% and they can only defer that for a while.

It gives them another month to see what similar REITs do?

I am a bit surprised that there is no guidance as to the minimum dividend they could pay. They must know that now, based on the rents they have collected so far.....

Not too bad on the rental collection front.
Prudent to wait to declare size of distribution.
Directors should be buying at this level if stock becomes available.

No - interims were out on 22 July last year, so that milestone is well past

Bigger trades today.
Anyone know when the results are due to be announced?

More tiny trades - at least they're buys :)

Why would someone buy 3 shares at £7.38 each?
Have a good weekend all!

Interesting, thanks @Kenny - my buy a few weeks ago never appeared either. Doesn't help there's a 50 share NMS!

Edit - getting quoted 681/781 for sell/buy in size, not too keen on that spread but going higher I hope.

Agreed, low volume today but there was a 10,000 share buy on the 12th which was not shown on ADVFN.

On 112 shares traded today, got to laugh.

Spectoacc really makes me laugh. He sits on this thread and innumerable others pompously giving his worthless opinions when he is arguably the biggest loser on ADVFN.

Take this share, for instance. He's already lost a huge pile of his paltry money stash here and is likely to lose more imminently. That is because he simply does not have a clue about investing: he just loves the sound of his own voice.

Glad to see my votes were cast at the AGM. Would have been nice to have an update on collections at the AGM but I guess that was too much to ask...

Thanks @Semper - had another flick through their properties before buying

They've notably failed to dcb so far, but would no doubt be v hard to get out of if/when Covid kicked off again. Risk/reward!

Whilst no company is ‘safe’ at the moment Spec, HCFT looks better than many others.

Back in this morning, mildly against better judgement but "everything has its price"... Will wait to see if that was HCFT's.

I've instructed my broker to vote my shares against approval of the remuneration committee report and the reappointment of the non execs. I don't imagine it'll do any good but I do think this company needs a good shakeup in its corporate governance.
