Highcroft Investments Takeover Rumours (HCFT)

It appears that both the major shareholders want this proposal to through to save costs so it is unlikely they would agree to liquidation or a takeover

What a surprising own goal from what has been a well managed and conservatively run REIT with a good NAV and Div record . I shall vote against this daft proposal , and if voted through I will push for a liquidation or takeover .

Anyone able to calculate whether Conn are within the group supporting the move ? TopVest in well correct in saying that Conn have oft criticised the board here and do I recall that Conn did manage to procure a takeover bid once for another listed property company, was it Stewart & Wight ?
