Look up IOS and IRGP, HPAC is the same people, have done nothing for years, pay themselves huge salaries for an idea they have no intention of doing anything with. This isn't a gamble, it's a dead cert failure, you're basically paying for their children to go to private school.

Avoid like the plague.
If you look up IOS and IRGP you can see the same crooks running it.
They create stories and then pay themselves extremely large salaries for doing nothing.

There are rumblings of another repeat of 1999 IMHO, in several tabloids over the past week commentators are mentioning that they are coming out of bonds and into equities, not the safe boring equities they usually go for but for high risk stuff, one commentator even said that although their comments should not be taken as advice, basically traders can buy any share and they would make money in the near term, if this is to be believed then this BOOM could last for the next 2-3 months but only the early birds will make the most.

I have looked at many high risk stocks and this should not be taken as advice in any way as it is my humble opinion but i think that the following stocks are about to explode into life:

PDG
LDP
OTC
LEG
and finally one which has had many false dawns but still has survived and even raised enough funds to complete their exciting plans without FURTHER dilution is VOG (Victoria Oil & Gas).

DYOR

the train is about to leave the station
