Just read 'corporate notifications' for hoil in my account. I thought it would give me option to disagree with this scam t/o? It doesn't.How do we disagree as shareholders? (surely we don't have to attend the egm?)

Lol Kazz. You sold it cheap. I put a sell order for 320.01p. ...With a minimum at 320p. I bet ya they will go before the 14th June.

SP, looks like your theory could be right, regarding they want your shares.
Put a limit sell order in yesterday for part of my holding at 318.5. Looks like they went up there to grab them, and now on way back down.
Might try a sell order at £4 now.

Interesting. They want your shares now. All to do with the voting. I would not be surprised if they paid more than 320p before the voting day. But I guess they already got all the shares from most of the small fish on this BN on the lower scale.

I see. I think they would have to inform the market, right? In a way, as a shareholder I am happy to sit tight. As I see it my money is in the bank. If I sell now I 550 quid poorer than if I wait till September. So, if there's a counter offer, well..
