Appointment of Joint Broker
The Board of Herencia Resources plc ("Herencia" or the "Company"), the multi-commodity resources company with a primary focus on developing its high-quality projects in Chile, is pleased to announce the appointment of VSA Capital Limited ("VSA") as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect.
