25/10/2017 10:32 | Fcr up 16% only quarter of the shares here | stealive
25/10/2017 10:11 | Induna,$300,000 won't get them far.Lind and Darius have undertaken not to dilute their own controlling equity in Herencia at the current price and the market is mighty relieved. It's a laugh.Lind and Darius are Herencia, they are the ones who have lost more money than anyone else.Darius originally bought in at around the 0.6 level, some years back, paying a then healthy premium to get a slug of the stock.Lind, the equity drawdown specialist, first got involved around the 1p mark, providing monies in exchange for discounted stock (typically 15% below price averages)which it then sold into the market depressing the price.Unfortunately, as things turned sour,it was no longer able to dump stock on an unwilling market.Lind doesn't hold nearly half the equity out of choice!Lind the lifeboat has sprung a bloody great leak.Today's money is going to be used to plug a big loss in the portfolio valuation of Lind's and Darius's interest in Herencia. They refuse to throw in the towel.Maybe they're right but I doubt it,only a strongly rising copper market will help them and perhaps not even that.Maybe they'll find some lithium in due course, why not! | steeplejack
25/10/2017 10:02 | Yep NY Boy...CASP looks amazing...3500 bopd from the 4 hr test from the deeps...likely to exceed this level from the deeps of oil rich region...news any day:-) | pre

25/10/2017 09:41 | Resource value is massive upside is if they can turn this around this is massive.they locked there investment in so there could be a long term plan if so expect tbis to go many multiples from here.back from the dead for now lets see the plan holding mine for now | mally6
25/10/2017 09:21 | I can see steeplejack's point. The lenders could have picked any price. They could have said 0.15p and folks would have bought at that price. They could have said 0.21p 7x the previous share price It's meaningless. It's in their interest to make the company sound more valuable than the market thinks it is. The only relevant thing is that they have raised $300k, how long will that last before the next cash call? That remains to be seen. | induna123
25/10/2017 09:15 | Gap up in the morning!! Ha ha ha ha! Not in just watching! Is this gonna do 500% 🤡✌A | glenkaz

25/10/2017 08:57 | There be copper in dem Hills Sir! This one is back on the radar again after hibernation, who cares about shareholders dilution, not important if you are just trading this. Maybe it survives and becomes a great long hold, maybe not. For sure you only get less than 0.5% down on deposit at el banco | ny boy
25/10/2017 08:54 | You can be pretty sure that Lind and Darius are assisting today's rise. It's a like a Ponzi scheme but that doesn't mean you can't make money but you better be bloody quick. Why would anyone want to agree that they'll convert a loan into stock at 4 times the previous share price UNLESS they effectively already own the company! It's a bit like saying,"hey look at my house it's worth £10m ",when the market values it at only £2.5m.It's clever but illusory. | steeplejack
25/10/2017 08:47 | Colin - shareholders here are almost wiped out. You will end up with just 12% of the company after the conversion. | jungmana
25/10/2017 08:45 | Great trade, best price of the year, was expecting a harder trade this morning but many were asleep at the wheel at the off. 0.125 tops I reckon, buy back 0.065 | ny boy
25/10/2017 08:45 | If you looking for the next best place for your money then I would suggest Prem. Dyor always | jungmana
25/10/2017 08:45 | so no selling into the rise today | colin12345678
25/10/2017 08:44 | jungmana the 0.12 has to be above that for 90 days to release placing shares keep up | colin12345678
25/10/2017 08:43 | Except that Lind and Darius,if they converted all their convertible interest would own some 88% of the company. You aren't seeing the wood for the trees.Lind and Darius have a vested interest in suggesting via the conversion price of 0.12p that the shares are worth considerably more than they are because they own the bloody company and they are prepared to convert at that determined price at some future date. It's clever but all that's happened is that the two largest shareholders have thrown another 300 grand into the pot.How long will that last? | steeplejack
25/10/2017 08:42 | Conversion is at 0.12p and share price at 0.11p right now. Almost at conversion price now.Well done those who got in early | jungmana
25/10/2017 08:37 | sorry my mistake, cashmachine2 your right...0.12p,i'll edit post | pre
25/10/2017 08:34 | Pre!Read the RNS and come back to me about what it means to HER...Maybe mention the lock in period of needing to be above 0.12 for a period of 90 days continuous BEFORE they can sell. Does that tell you anything about where they value HER and it's considerably higher than today's rise.All- Off out so don't let the soar grape crew convince you otherwise ... coffee tastes lovely this morning as will the vino tonight xxx | cashmachine2
25/10/2017 08:33 | Fcr next only has 2 billion shares. 0.006 to buy | stealive

25/10/2017 08:32 | Never ceases to amaze. The two biggest loss makers throwing more money into the fire. The reason the shares are going up is because of the conversion terms ie 0.12p.This supports the current price or should I say,it supports the current majority holdings of Lind and Darius. It's clever.Got to hand it to them, they're fighting on,keeping the animal alive. The Convertible Security has the same conditions as announced on 5(th) April 2016. Herencia (AIM: HER) announces that Lind Partners and Darius may each exercise its right to convert US$150,000 of convertible loan notes into shares at an exercise price of GBP0.0012 ("Conversion") or some 4 times higher than the current share price. Pursuant to the Conversion, new ordinary shares of 0.12p each ("Ordinary Shares"), will be admitted to trading on AIM. | steeplejack
