Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 23 June 2021 to allot 300,000 Ordinary Shares at 321.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 22 June 2021 was 314.0p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 25 June 2021. As at 25 June 2021 the issued share and total voting rights will be 150,103,564.
