The Company announces that it agreed on 30 November 2020 to allot 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 317.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 27 November 2020 was 315.9p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 2 December 2020. As at 2 December 2020 the issued share and total voting rights will be 142,323,564.
