Fee Arrangements
The Board is pleased to announce that with effect from 1 January 2019 the performance fee arrangements will be removed and the base management fee will be calculated at the rate of 0.65% per annum of net assets up to GBP300m and 0.55% for net assets above GBP300m, payable quarterly in arrears. Net assets as at 30 November 2018 were GBP240m.
