26/9/2013 08:46 | Typical market over reaction and once the dust settles, investors will again realise the value of this company and pile back in. A lot of stops getting hit I think, but will settle and rise again from where it is now. Possibly good time to top up. | nhp84
26/9/2013 08:35 | This had become well overbought. | drewz
26/9/2013 08:33 | Interesting, the institutions buy 45m shares at 265 and you want to take profits !!!I shall be buying more. | ltinvestor
26/9/2013 08:31 | Boring, as usual private investors find out after the occasion, it's been a good run and time to take profits I think. | ricky46
16/9/2013 20:38 | Hoping since its broken 270, its onwards and upwards. | maxxyjazz

13/9/2013 12:29 | some nice big buys today over 900,000 in 2 trades | 11mel
12/9/2013 22:14 | Promotion could still be a matter of days away. It all depends upon what stock is top of the FTSE250 reserve list if/when the offer for ENRC is declared wholly unconditional. At the moment CINE is ahead of HTY on the reserve list, but that might change. | typo56
11/9/2013 21:19 | Typo many thanks! Any other years in the market this 580million cap would of got in! | rolo7
11/9/2013 21:08 | Never made the ftse250 just missed out again! | ricky46
11/9/2013 10:55 | rolo7, I think the discrepancy is due to the new entry of CCH in the FTSE100 (assuming it's permitted). This means that whilst three stocks are demoted from the FTSE100 to the FTSE250 (WG., ENRC, SRP), only two stocks get promoted from the FTSE250 to the FTSE100 (SPD, MNDI). This causes one more FTSE250 to get booted out at the bottom than it gets replaced with. Based on prices at close last night Stockchallenge is predicting that HTY won't get promoted. However, the site doesn't use exactly the same shares in issue data used by FTSE therefore it can be slightly out. Given how close HTY is to the automatic entry position and how close UEM is to the automatic exit position I'd say it's difficult to call. It's also likely to get promoted if CCH is not accepted into the FTSE100. The FTSE reshuffle should be announced after close today and will take effect from Mon, 23rd Sep. | typo56
11/9/2013 07:11 | Anyone know how they are announced? | davr0s
10/9/2013 22:40 | I'm not sure on the in's and out's of it - there are plenty of FTSE250 constituents below them, so although they don't automatically qualify, perhaps they will qualify anyway? We don't have long to wait to find out. | cash rich asset poor
10/9/2013 22:05 | hxxp://www.stockchal dont get this 4 in fste 250 and 5 out! pa.,anh,eto,cine out smdr,jii,sdp,aie,bum if i am right hty will be in? | rolo7

10/9/2013 20:14 | Needs to happen or this could suffer a significant drop. I thought it was by close of play tomorrow. | varrirob
10/9/2013 17:48 | taken on weds closing prices i think, so one day to go? 8million£ difference easily done! | rolo7
10/9/2013 17:37 | I think we may have just missed out on FTSE250 entry this time. MKT Cap on ADVFN shows 580m. dammit. the way CINE has fallen over the last week I was hoping we'd get promoted instead of them. | ianpalmer2012
29/8/2013 12:05 | 1 broker update - Let's hope it makes it to Ftse250 this time around - quite happy to keep them in the drawer... 29 Aug 2013 HellermannTyton... HTY Numis Add 263.00 260.00 - 300.00 Reiterates | kktj
29/8/2013 11:38 | Thanks ltinvestor! | up54
29/8/2013 10:52 | PBT was reduced by 3 factors as far as I can see 1)general one off costs increased by 1.1 m euros 2)net transaction costs(mainly ipo related) 3.2m euros 3)non cash Intra group revaluation 5.9m euro change Imo, good set of results with growth going forward and an increasing dividend.I would expect to see more institutional buying in the months ahead. | ltinvestor
29/8/2013 09:56 | Sp response appears muted to say the least, albeit in positive teritory! Overall looks a good set of results to me, but note the PBT is down. Can anyone shed some light on this further? Thanks | up54
27/8/2013 19:42 | agree. Just to recap: The next FTSE 250 reshuffle is due on 11 sept based on market cap of firms at cob 10 sept. in order to get into the 250, a firm has to have a market cap that puts it in the top 325 firms. at cob friday 23 august, that meant a market cap of £590m. hellermann's current market cap is c£581m so in order to cross the £590m threshold, the share price only needs to go up another 5p to £2.74. a good set of results this week should do that and then the share is on buy list for those unit trusts following the index. i reckon thats why schroders has been buying it up - their FTSE250 unit trust must reckon its a cert and is getting in early. roll on thursday! | lunarjim
27/8/2013 18:42 | 5p to go and we should make the ftse250 at the next review. Looking forward to the results this week. | ianpalmer2012 |
