HellermannTyton expects to maintain a progressive dividend policy, targeting an initial payout ratio of 30-40% of adjusted annual net income and with the maiden dividend expected to be announced in August 2013.

These look good and will be heading for ftse250 in the next shuffle... Looks to be cheap this I reckon last year they were after selling company for nearer 700m only listed at 400m...
I hope I can buy these on Tuesday in my isa and sipp.

I thinks shares are in conditional trading at them moment try again on tuesday, looks a good company this and cheap,div august and will go into fste250 in june.

Tried to buy some in my ISA online, but didn't recognise this company. Called my broker and they said not ISA'ble, sorry! Has anyone else purchased these in their ISA? Any ideas?
