The timing of it is very telling. Got the only possible issue out of the way, with that being the Linda #1 well, and if it needs extra funds to get it to flow and then went to the US market.

With the market cap it was never going to enter the Nasdaq etc. but hopefully this will just be a starting point for HEX and where it lists.

My experience of these things normally cause differences in price, even taking exchange rate into account, where as the US listing has a higher valuation than the UK but I have never looked deep enough to see if those gaps ever closed.

A dual listing should certainly be beneficial, though OTCQB's unlikely to attract NASDAQ-like valuations.

Hopefully, it'll remain a dual listing, as it's far easier & cheaper for UK-based investors to trade on AIM than OTCQB. Plus, AIM still has IHT advantages for UK holders.

Apparently, DM did something similar with HE1 and that remained dual. I think it unlikely Bo et al would lose sight of who actually funded their IPO & supported them early doors.

HeLIX Exploration PLC (AIM:HEX) CEO Bo Sears talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the unexpectedly strong results from the Linda #1 well at the Rudyard field. Linda #1 began flowing immediately upon perforation, with no assistance required — a phenomenon CEO Bo Sears said he had never seen in three decades of drilling.

“The last results were quite stellar,” Sears stated, highlighting how they enhance the company's view of Rudyard's potential. HeLIX Exploration is targeting a historical estimate of 2.60 billion cubic feet of helium from an independent 1977 analysis and believes the new data brings it closer to confirming that figure.

Sears also noted that the data from Linda #1 would feed into an upcoming Competent Person's Report (CPR), with work already underway on the Weil #1 well. The company expects the updated reserves report to be published within a couple of weeks.

Given Linda #1 flowed at nearly double the expected rate, Sears discussed the flexibility of their processing setup. “Whenever we have more volume, we just add more membranes,” he said, referring to their membrane and pressure swing adsorption processing plant. This allows the company to scale up production capacity in a modular fashion as required.

Funny how he hasn't attempted a reply to any of my questions!

I won't engage with ohwot further, as it probably just makes them feel like someone's listening. Which they really aren't.

I very much doubt posts on this board have any great/lasting impact on the share price. Even for a relative minnow like Hex. So sadly for ohwot, they're almost certainly wasting their time if that's their objective.
