Are you the Oberon crew.

Private investors being mugged is what these crews do. They need private investors to sell their shares to, as already demonstrated.

The oil claim in the RNS is intentionally there to excite private investors to buy shares.

The inference about oil is known to be a dud.

Bo Sears absolutely 100% knows that.

They found such oil shows in Weil 1 the well Helix have acquired.

Weil 1 and that area is the top of an uplift, it dives down going East into North Dakota.

Weil drilled another well in Roosevelt county specifically to target the Nisku, to test what they saw in Weil 1.

That well is called Weil Bridges 2. Itcwas drilled as an oil well due to the find in Weil 1.

The level was perforated and they got a nice load of water of a trace of oil. Tye well and all interest in the oil was then abandoned.

Yet it pops in a regulatory news article on Helix as if they may have found oil.

It is known fiction, deliberate misinformation to the market.

BBC don't seem impressed with the new lower helium use MRI scanners, very much lower quality and take longer too.The recovery systems for reusing helium are very expensive too
(up to £500K) and involve lots of additional plumbing and parts that can go wrong.

The world keeps running out of helium. There's now a race to prepare for the next shortage

"Now, a new breed of MRI machines that require significantly less helium are emerging. Many of these low-helium units need as little as one litre of helium to operate, sealing it in a closed system. In recent years, these machines have already begun appearing in hospitals and research institutions.

But there are limits. These low-helium scanners are especially expensive, and it would still take many years to replace the more than 35,000 MRI machines that use superconductors worldwide.

The new scanners are also only capable of producing magnetic field strengths of around 1.5 Tesla – roughly half of what their beefier predecessors can put out. "Higher-field-strength scanners have the potential to scan in finer detail and/or faster than lower-field-strength scanners," says Sharon Giles, director of clinical and research imaging operations at King's College London. The use of these low-helium scanners, then, is limited, although Giles says they're still capable of performing routine imaging in a lab setting."

EG Vets are now starting to use Helium free scanners.

Human versions to emerging and operating some Helium free, some with 1000-2000 less Helium.

Meanwhile Russia and Qatar have major Helium new production planned, being built.

In price spikes end users stock up, assisting the price drop.

So you have MRI (the largest use) moving away from Helium and 2 majors looking at 30-40% more Helium coming into the market.

It’s a small window, hence all the rush and hype pumping.

So pray for no delays, eventually the price is going to collapse

You are missing the point, it’s more evidence of misleading everyone, like Adam given 600k shares to find a Helium play, found his own leases and got 600k more shares plus another million shares was it for his leases.

Weil 1 was drilled by Adam for Bo under Weil resources.

The oil find was explored tried elsewhere same level and was not viable.

Both Adam and Bo know it’s not viable, a dud. Yet Bo/Minchin include the oil find in an RNS knowing it’s totally unviable.

If it had been viable Weil would have exploited it.

In fact Weil who were drilling for and found Helium at 1%, are a Helium producer have decided to abandon it to Helix who call the find a company maker.

When Helium prices drop, they will, it’s game over for all these minnow Helium companies chasing the hype.

Over the next few years the major producers have considerable extra supply coming on board.

Meanwhile MRI scanners (over 30% of the market) are seeing new tech. 2000 litres of liquid helium needed per scanner but some new scanners use just 1 litre.

Minnows chasing the hype price rise, hype, pump, cash in, and leave investors high and dry.

The mention of oil is just pure con pumping.

So where is the mention of the lower level supposed to be drilled.

What happened?

I think the fact that they now have multiple oil shows across 2 or 3 wells now warranted a regulatory mention in the RNS. It’s basically looking more and more interesting and could be a nice little outsourced secondary income. It may be something. It may be nothing. Let’s wait & see.

ohwhatfun - you may be right about the oil. We'll see.

But then to go on & claim "no chance of commercial Helium this year" simply undermines your credibility.

Ohwhatfun,This is what the RNS states;"Casing has been set to surface, enable testing of selected intervals to commence shortly. Pending positive results, the Company will complete Linda #1 as a production well. The Company completed survey work for Inez #1 well, located two miles south of Linda #1, targeting continued southward expansion of the Rudyard closure. Inez #1 is scheduled to become the Company's fourth production well.In April 2025, Wikota Engineering completed a site visit to finalise gathering system and plant site planning. How can you trust anything now with that complete hoax oil point.

They have thrown that in to excite the market.

So no chance of commercial Helium this year as they talk utter proven BS in that news.

Weil 1

The Nisku “pay” zone in the Weil #1 well is worthy of intense focus. If this zone tested productive, it could
constitute a new “resource̶1; play over the entire geographical area

The problem is it has very poor porosity and doesn’t flow.

It was found and tested long ago by Bo and now Helix are pushing that out as a possible oil find.

Big mistake Helix, don’t fall for it.

Stick to the Helium story there is no commercial oil there.

What a result. They are clearly preparing this for immediate production. Along with the other wells, should not be long before Rudyard is in production. The oil is an interesting development, they should get another party to appraise and (if need be) develop it.Cash

Seriously don’t fall for the oil bit that is straightforward misleading the market/fraud.

They know damn well there were oil shows in Weil 1 in the Nisku which are not commercial don’t flow etc.

So for me that confirms the BS here you can not trust this company.

Bo should hang his head in shame for including that.

He knows damn well it’s not viable, as does Adam who drilled that well. It was all reviewed and tested over 10 years ago.

What a bunch if fraudsters

You are being conned.

Helix Exploration PLC("Helix Exploration" or "Helix" or the "Company")Completion of Drilling at Linda #1Helix Exploration, the helium exploration and development company with near-term production assets within the 'Montana Helium Fairway', is pleased to announce the completion of drilling at the Linda #1 well in Rudyard Project, Montana.Highlights:· Total Depth ("TD") of 5,398ft (1,646m) reached in 18 days drilling· Significant helium gas-shows in multiple horizons, up to 1,117ppm (240x background) in drilling mud· 230ft of Souris and Red River formation pay with abundant cross-over gas effect in the porosity log.· Structural closure at Rudyard continues to be expanded by drilling· Encouraging oil shows with strong oil cut, good odor, and noted sucrosic porosity in the Nisku and Duperow formationsBo Sears, CEO of Helix Exploration, commented:"Helix Exploration continues to deliver with the completion of drilling at our third production well. The closure at Rudyard continues to expand while gas-in-mud shows at over 1,100ppm indicates the continuity of helium rich gas.""Oil shows in the Nisku formation, first seen in the Darwin #1 well, have been repeated at Linda #1 within the Nisku and Duperow formations, characterised by strong oil cut and good reservoir indicators. Although early stage, the identification of oil at Rudyard warrants further investigation as potential source of secondary income alongside our existing helium discovery.""With so much to go for in this well we look forward to commencing wireline logging and flow testing, with flow test results to be announced as soon as possible." Linda #1 Drilling - Third Production WellHelix commenced drilling operations at Linda #1 well on 10 April 2025. The well is strategically located roughly 1-mile south of the Company's discovery well at Darwin #1 and will be the Company's third production well, joining Darwin #1 and the recently acquired Weil #1 well, which tested 0.9% - 1.3% helium with a flow rate of 2,500 Mcf/d.Drilling at Linda #1 reached a Total Depth ("TD") of 5,398ft (1,646m) at the base of the Red River formation. The drilling operation was completed in 18 days, encountering several hard chert horizons within the Madison, which slowed progress. With the well already open for nearly three weeks and high quality helium shows in the primary target horizon, and oil shows within the Nisku and Duperow formations, the Company decided to not drill test the Flathead formation in this well. Upside potential in the Flathead remains open and will be tested in a future production well.Helium Shows in Souris and Red River FormationsConsistent helium gas shows were recorded in the Souris River and Red River formations, with concentrations reaching up to 1,117ppm. These results mirror the helium-bearing zones encountered at Darwin #1 which demonstrated to flow gas at 2,500 Mcf/day at 1.1% helium. The Souris and Red River formations were intersected higher than prognosis and only slightly deeper than at Darwin #1. This result continues to grow the closure at Rudyard while also demonstrating the predictability of the closure to the south. These results support the Company's view that the Rudyard Field represents a significant and expanding helium asset.Oil Shows in Nisku and Duperow FormationsEncouraging oil shows were recorded in both the Nisku and Duperow formations, approximately 600ft above the helium-bearing horizons. These shows included strong streaming oil cut, notable odor, and observed excellent sucrosic porosity in drill cuttings. These results mirror oil shows identified in the Darwin #1 well approximately one mile to the north.Oil shows in the Nisku and Duperow formations are situated circa 600ft above helium reservoirs. As such any future oil development would be complementary to helium production activities and would not impact the planned extraction of helium from deeper formations. The Company is engaging with partners to explore and monetise any oil discovery that may be made at Rudyard. Next StepsWireline logs have been successfully acquired with initial interpretation indicating good porosity in target reservoirs with circa 230ft of "pay" with abundant neutron density crossover effect ("gas effect") identified in the Souris and Red River formations. Casing has been set to surface, enable testing of selected intervals to commence shortly. The Company remains on schedule for first helium production during summer 2025.Qualified Person StatementThe technical information contained in this disclosure has been read and approved by James Weaver, P.E., who is a qualified Petroleum Engineer and acts as the Qualified Person under the AIM Rules - Note for Mining and Oil & Gas Companies.
