Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's , was notified on 2 June 2020 that Edward Fitzalan-Howard, Duke of Norfolk , Non-Executive Director of the Company, ha d on the same day purchased 2 0 ,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 102 pence per share. As a result, Edward Fitzalan-Howard , Duke of Norfolk, has a total beneficial interest of 3 7 2,864 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital .
