What's the problem with "phone only"

I see it when a share is in auction, when the MMs won't take the orders via the feed and when the price is moving so fast the feed can't keep up

Lots of small caps go phone only because the MMs refuse to take orders electronically and force the brokers to phone them. Punters better decide if they want their SB provider to give a market price or simply make one up. If it is the former there will be plenty of shares that are "phone only"

looks to be going ok, even trying again to get through 72.5 and would break the trend if it closes at high today.

lol, hope you've been reading the other forum, ellsworth went short at the start of the week (or end of last week) after spending the last few weeks long

should be ayok... testing 72p should not be such a big issue as a few weeks ago... If the f100 was to behave itself a bit today.

another day of reckoning tomorrow, the pullback from the resistance wasn't as severe today as it has been over the past weeks, i still wouldn't rely on it breaking it tomorrow though, but could be pleasently surprised

Hi all,

I having started to send an email to my spreadbetting company everytime my online account goes to "phone only". I am encouraging everyone else to do the same with their service provider and maybe just maybe they will start to take notice. Thus provide us all with a better quality of service.

down today and yesterday, could be that it needs a slight retrace before breaking into the 70's

good to hear your helping the team....even if it is helping you too lol, seems to me with your never ending list of dispensables you could pretty much control the market!

72p should be a short stumbling block – if any.

Re l2... apart for my warrants o/s... this time i will add a security measure to defend my and others interest in lloy via key points in the s/p... I have access to a trading house floor which in time i will call upon for direct set buys not booked prices.

could you elaborate on the defend the line with none 12 buys?

not sure how good some of the chartists are, but if they are right, by my calculation with thier research it should be sat at around 82P soon

100P definately will be the big one, even psychologically

10p form current ie... 82 is a problem.

and 100p... -/+ 2p will be the next big one

defend the line with none l2 buys.

yes it is nice weather, shame im stuck in work on 2-10's!

yep, got buys planned to 101.9, then that will be the lloy buys complete, will sit back and (hopefully) watch the share price go up, so fall back to 100P will be ok for me! i can't agree or disagree with your 108 target, as the markets have shown just how irrational they can be

meaning you'll place support levels for the share price to bounce off? any particular supports prices you want to give away? just being nosy, set for the very short term or till your 100 target?

Back from my travels yesterday. nice weather i've come back too lol

Good to see the share price back up.

Dont worry lloy's still a buy in my book to around 80p to make a good profit. I have secured a few support buyer in my A/C which i will use later.

My S/T target is set at 108 before a fall to 100 which will play out for a few day - end target would be around 145-150 by the end of the year.

any thoughts on todays action (only just got in from work) hoping the sell off will end today and we'll have some nice gains appearing over the next few days

apparently rump being sold off at 60P

nice support for 60P, next few days will tell it all eh? ;)
